All kennels are cleaned and disinfected daily and are all enclosed at night or during bad weather.

Monday to Friday
Morning: 8:00am – 10:00am | Afternoon: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Saturday
Morning: 8:00am – 12 noon | Afternoon: Closed
Sunday
Morning: Closed | Afternoon: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Please note that ‘Out of Hours’ appointments may be available between 10am – 3pm Monday to Friday at an additional charge and subject to other constraints. No ‘out of hours’ on weekends or between 5pm – 8am.
We reserve the right to close early if there are no pickup / drop offs scheduled during the allocated times.
