On Arrival

Please ensure your dog is wearing a secure collar / harness and lead at time of arrival.

With the highway so close, livestock across the road and wildlife surrounding us it is important your dog is unable to slip out of their collar or harness. We have approx. a 50 meter walk before entering the kennel door where your dog must be on lead, once inside the kennel dogs will be off lead.

We live on the property and the kennels are our full-time job.

We have strict opening times to ensure the daily jobs for the kennels are complete, grounds are maintained, dogs get their allocated play and exercise times and general life things.

We request customers to please respect our opening times and private residence.

‘Out of Hour’ appointments may be available between 10am – 3pm Sunday to Friday at an additional charge and subject to other constraints. No ‘out of hours’ on Saturdays or between 5pm – 8am.

All visitors must report to reception during the allocated opening times.

There is a camera and sensor on the outside of the reception door which will alert us of your arrival on entering reception, no unauthorised entry beyond the reception building.

Ensure you have provided current C5 vaccination records prior to check-in.

To avoid disappointment on the day if you forget to bring your records or if the vaccinations have expired. We do not take ‘word of mouth’ and require to view the vaccination records prior to or on check-in.

We reserve the right to close early if there are no pickup / drop offs scheduled during the allocated times.
